Cost : $120-One dinner and one table

All businesses are invited to attend but space is limited so vendors will want to reserve their spot quickly. Businesses are invited to set up and attend their table before and after our dinner and business meeting. A covered table will be provided to each vendor. The registration price of $120.00 is for a 8 ft. table and one dinner. If vendors would like to bring additional representatives from their company, dinners can be purchased for $20.00 each. Signage, promotional goods and door prizes are encouraged so that vendors will make a memorable impact on our membership. Late registrations will NOT BE accepted after February 9, 2010.

The registration form is attached for your convenience.
If you will need electricity for your booth, please contact the hotel direct and indicate on the registration form that you will be needing this. The form to contact the hotel is also attached for your convenience.

There is some confusion regarding the cost of vendor night: The cost is $120.00 this includes your table and ONE dinner, each additional dinner is $20.00 per person.

The minimum amount you should be submitting with your registration request is $120.00.
